for you!
1. I’m not that flexible so I am embarrassed to go to a group yoga class
2. I feel out of shape and want to get back into my body
3. I have a challenging injury (injuries) and I’d do anything to get back to
normal
4. I’m concerned that my injury or health challenge will slow down the rest
of the group or that I’d get hurt with out individual attention
5. I never get enough of those yummy adjustments in group classes and
would love to experience more of that!
6. I feel confused about alignment and proper form – I need a breakdown
of the basics!
7. I prefer to do yoga in my own home, but I am clueless about creating a
home practice
